SonaFin does not charge end users anything to use the Platform. There is nothing to refund or cancel on our side. This policy is published for completeness and regulatory clarity.
1. No charges to Users
SonaFin's gold loan comparison, SonaSwitch, and rate-tracking tools are free to use. We do not charge Users any fee, subscription, or commission for accessing or using the Platform. Consequently, there is no payment made by a User to SonaFin that would require a refund or be subject to cancellation.
2. Lender-side charges are not covered here
Any interest, processing fee, foreclosure charge, or other cost you pay is charged by the Lender you choose to borrow from, under the terms of your agreement with that Lender — not by SonaFin. Refunds, waivers, or disputes relating to those charges must be raised directly with the relevant Lender, or through the Lender's own grievance redressal or the applicable RBI ombudsman mechanism. SonaFin has no role in, and cannot process, refunds relating to a Lender's loan product.
3. If this changes
If SonaFin introduces any paid feature in the future, this page will be updated before that feature launches to set out a clear refund and cancellation process for it.
